All in-stock items ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday. If you need your order sooner, call us at 800-648-1163 or email us at service@bulbman.com. Bulbman guarantees all lamps regardless of the manufacturer. If you are not completely satisfied, we will give you a replacement lamp or credit your account.

Ground Shipments $10.31 ($9.50 + $0.81 surcharge) (Delivery may take 2-7 business days)
Second Day Shipments $17.33 ($15.00 + $2.33 surcharge)
Standard Overnight $28.88 ($25.00 + $3.88 surcharge)
Special shipping or handling charges will apply for oversized or heavy packages. Re-pack charges will occur for 4’ fluorescent lamps shipped in quantities less than full case.
Alaska & Hawaii
If ground service is selected for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii, we will ship the order via our carrier of choice. For these States it is usually Priority Mail. **Actual freight charges will apply**.
International Orders
Our site is currently unable to calculate international shipping rates so we are unable to process international orders online. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the United States please call us at 775-788-5661.
Tracking Numbers
All orders are shipped via Bulbman's "preferred carrier" unless noted on the order form. Your tracking number will be available to you upon shipment by logging into the My Account section of this web site.
Returned Merchandise
No merchandise may be returned without Return Authorization. Please call to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for any product you are returning. Bulbman is not responsible for merchandise returned without an RGA number. Credit may not be issued for products that have been held for over 90 days from date of the original invoice, except at the discretion of the store manager.
Returned product must be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. ie no retail pricing stickers, markings etc. Approved/Authorized returns must include a copy of the original invoice. Returns of crushed, torn, stained, marked boxes are not accepted. Returned product arriving broken will not be accepted.
Merchandise returned due to overstock or customer ordering error must be returned freight paid and may incur a re-stocking charge. Merchandise shipped in error will be corrected at our expense.
Authorized returns must be sent to the Bulbman street address, not PO box.
